such a perfect hotel!
fantastic location friendly staff fantastic room
the location is fantastic. it is super close to koutoubia mosque, just across the road! i also liked how friendly and polite all staff were. big thanks to talib, he gave me a fantastic room!
i noticed some street noise because of the single-pane windows.

Great Hotel with Excellent Staff and Location!
helpful staff convenient location great heating
Abderrezzak and Mouhi at the hotel were very helpful! Talib gave me a fantastic room, and Mouhidime helped with storing my luggage. I especially liked the hotel's convenient location, close to many attractions. The room heating was great, made for very warm water showers. I really appreciated the help from the staff.
The breakfast could be improved. It would be nice to have some fruit instead of only bread choices.

The hotel features a rooftop restaurant that offers nice views of the surrounding area. A currency exchange is available just by the door. There is also a hammam, massage services, and a barber shop available on the premises. All of this creates a very relaxing environment.

The staff was super helpful and helped me get a taxi, they also helped me ask the taxi driver about the price. Hotel staff stored luggage safely and offered assistance promptly. Staff members were polite and friendly. Requests were met promptly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the major souk. It's just a minute's walk to Koutoubia Mosque. The location is very close to Jema El-Fna Square and the centre. I found it easy to find the hotel from my arrival point.

The room was comfortable and quite large with a very good pressure for hot water in the shower! The air conditioning worked well to provide heating and the beds were clean. The room lighting was good.

prime location currency exchange rooftop restaurant
the hotel had a superb location close to the mosque. a currency exchange was available near the entrance. the rooftop restaurant provided nice views, and i enjoyed breakfast there. the staff was friendly .

Acceptable stay but needs improvement
limited breakfast variety constant traffic noise
The breakfast lacked variety. It was mostly bread. The orange juice tasted artificial. The room I had faced a busy street. The noise was disruptive, especially at night. I found it difficult to sleep soundly because of the constant traffic.
